Rob, Jay and Hal
This pic was taken ‘01 with best friend Jay. Oh yeah, and another best friend, Rob. First we got to sit in the green room and watch them rehearse. After the show, I approached Jay for a pic. Bodyguards came out of nowhere but Jay allowed me to come up on stage for the pic. At that moment, Rob jumped up and said that he wanted to be in the pic as well. Our smirks were caused by Jay’s remark just as the pic was being taken. He said, "Hey look!, He brought his lifelong companion with him.” We later saw Jay as he was driving off the NBC lot and shouted, Thanks for the pic and...We’re not gay (not that there’s anything wrong with that)!
